Understanding the Technical Criteria of Green Squared®/ANSI A138.1 – 1st Section: Environmental Product Characteristics
The standard on which the Green Squared® certification program is based, ANSI A138.1, is divided into five sections. The first section, Environmental Product Characteristics, standardizes sustainable attributes such as the amount of recycled content, level of volatile organic emissions, amount of indigenous raw materials, etc.
