The following instructions refer to accessing digital content purchased and downloaded from the
TCNA website. To view these instructions in PDF format, click here.

1.  Download and unzip your file.

2.  For Windows computers, double click the SafeguardPDFViewer.exe file and follow the setup instructions. 

(The Windows version is included in your download or can be freely downloaded here. You can get the free viewer here for Mac users. Additionally, the product manual for installing the Mac software is here)

3.  Navigate to the licenses folder and double click on your license file (.llv file) while connected to the internet.

     (If you purchased multiple license files, they may be shared with other users via e-mail or by uploading them
     to other computers.)            

4.  After installing the license file, you may now open your protected pdc documents.
